With her many years of hospitality experience and now beginning her 9th season at Casperkill Golf Club, Jennifer is looking forward to a fantastic and green 2013! Previously, as the Director of Sales & Marketing, her focus was on bringing golf events to life, growing club membership and keeping her team performing at the highest level. Now as the Director of Club Operations, Jennifer is excited to be working with a strong, dedicated staff whose goal is delivering the best possible golf experience to members and the public. And that smile on her face… that’s there because she loves Casperkill!

Jim Jorgensen, Director of Golf and Recreation
Jim begins his 7th year at Casperkill, where he has worked in nearly all facets of the golf course. Jim holds a BA in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland where he was a member of the golf team. Jim looks forward to providing you and all of our members and guests a great golfing experience!

Ray Plass, Golf Course Superintendent
You have seen his face around Casperkill since 1989 and he intends on being here many more years. Ray Plass knows the Casperkill golf course better than anyone EVER in his various roles from irrigation technician, mechanic and now the Golf Course Superintendent. Ray has a certificate in Turfgrass management from Penn State University and has worked under some of the best in the business. Ben Hogan said the secret to golf is in the dirt. He was referring to honing the golf swing through hours of practice and hard work. The same applies to Ray with his many hours of turf management. He is a hands on guy and his goal is a simple one: "I want Casperkill to be the best course in the Hudson Valley." Nobody cares more about this course than Ray and it shows!
Tim Panzanaro, PGA Teaching Professional
Tim has been teaching golfers of all levels for more than 25 years. He is an active member of the PGA of 
America and regularly attends seminars and educational forums to ensure the highest quality required by the PGA. He gets the same pleasure working with all skill level players from beginners to professionals. Tim is available for private instruction for both groups and individuals. Damien Maass, Marketing & Social Media
Damien brings his many years of business experience back to the Club after previously working in the Sales & Marketing department with Casperkill. His background also includes working in the radio & entertainment industries for over 20 years. "I'm thrilled to be back at Casperkill. It is without a doubt my favorite course to play". As an avid golfer and golf fan he brings that enthusiasm with him.
