Tim has been teaching golfers of all abilities for more than 25 years. He is an active Class A member of the PGA of America and attends seminars and educational forums regularly to ensure the highest standards required by the PGA.
    
Through the years Tim has had the privilege of working with students of all abilities from beginners to Professionals as well as local high school and college golf teams. His teaching and coaching methods have achieved a wide range of success from Junior Champions to multiple Dutchess County Men, Women and Women’s Senior Champions. He has also had success with the Westchester County Men’s Public Links Champion, Mini Tour winners and College scholarship recipients. For the recreational golfer, he has brought an overall improvement of skills and enjoyment of the game.
    
As a PGA Teaching Professional at Casperkill Golf Club, Tim is available for private instruction for both groups and individuals. He conducts Adult and Junior clinics as well as summer Junior camps and Junior leagues. Tim can be reached directly by calling (845) 505-7766.

Individual Lesson- $50 per half hour, $80 per full hour

2012 Junior Golf Camp

This camp offers instruction led by PGA Teaching Professional Tim Panzanaro, especially designed for Junior Golfers to take them to the next level and reach their goals and potential. Juniors will improve their skills playing on the course, and in competition. Each session will cover a variety of topics, including rules of the game, proper course etiquette, full swing, chipping, putting, pitching, and bunker fundamentals and concepts. The student will learn in an environment that balances fun and interaction with other focused Junior Golfers.

Session One: June 25th - June 29th                   Session Two: July 9th- 13th
$425 per session

Instructional Clinic and Practice 2pm - 3pm      9 Holes of Golf at 3pm
$35 per week; or all 8 weeks for $250 ($30 savings)

My Teaching Philosophy

What defines a great teacher? Results, period! A great teacher is able to achieve results with students regardless of their current ability. When a student seeks the advice of an instructor, they place their faith, trust and confidence in the teachers ability to accurately diagnose their problem. I evaluate each student’s swing and ball fight. I prescribe necessary corrections and communicate them in a simplistic way.

I do not prescribe to any one specific teaching method or approach although I have studied and understand many methods of instruction. I believe that the foundational pre-swing fundamentals are key to building a consistent, reliable and repetitive golf swing. Instead of tearing down the swings of students and building them up from scratch, I work with each student’s current abilities and give them a better understanding of what is going on with their swing and how to improve. I utilize the pre-swing fundamentals to achieve improved swing mechanics for lasting results.

By using state of the art video technology, specific training aids ,drills and time tested teaching techniques I have been achieving positive results for over 25 years. It is my belief that the golf swing is not created all at once but evolves over time with the student experiences. Through, hard work dedication and understanding, improvement can be permanent. I enjoy building lasting relationships with my students and becoming a mentor and coach to them.
